- Weights: Ranging from 1kg to 30kg to accommodate all fitness levels.
- Cardio Machines: Treadmills, Ellipticals, Stair Climber, Climber, Air/Spin Bike, Rowing Machines
- Leg Machines: Smith Machine, Leg Press, Leg Extension, Leg Curl, Adductor/Abductor Machines
- Upper Body Machines: Chest Press, Peck Deck, Bench Press, Shoulder Press, Lat Pulldown
Personal Training
Reach your fitness goals with personalised training sessions from our certified personal trainers.
We offer both indoor and outdoor sessions for individuals or duos, with 30- and 60-minute options available.
Each session is tailored to your specific needs, ensuring a customised and effective fitness experience.
Gym Access for In-House Guests
The gym is free of charge for all in-house guests (Every day: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM)
We offer a variety of membership packages for external guests:
- Platinum Unlimited: Access anytime, as often as you like.
- Gold: 3 visits per week.
- Silver: 2 visits per week.
We also have day pass options for those looking for flexible access:
- Gym Only
- Sauna & Steam Bath Only
- Gym + Sauna & Steam Bath
Access Cards are available for those looking to commit to multiple sessions:
- Pack of 8 sessions
- Pack of 12 sessions
Family Discount
- 10% discount when two family members join.
- 15% discount when three family members join.
- 20% discount when four or more family members join.
The discount applies to all family members, provided they belong to the same household.

For Gym Members:
Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 8:00 PM
Saturdays & Bank Holidays: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
